Leading company in the sector that offers specialized IT Consulting Services for large companies, is looking for 1 DOCUMENT CONTROL LER of LEVEL SSr or Sr to cover a vacancy of our client located in Capital Federal, San Telmo area, for a Project of approximately 1 year of duration and possibilities of extension for a Oil&Gas company. Candidates are required to bill their services being Freelance and availability to work from Monday to Friday Full Time on-site without the possibility of Working From Home (WFH).

:::Document Control Scope:::
Establish a document control function (people, processes and technology) to manage the flow of documents within the Project Team (i.e. internal review and approval), and between the Project Team and all stakeholders (e.g. deliverables from a 3rd party requiring Customer review, correspondence to a partner). Customer capital projects document control technologies used include Livelink and Microsoft SharePoint as the document repository and ASSAI for document control workflow and transmittals. In the future Intergraph Smart Plant Foundation (SPF) may also be utilized.

Essential and nonessential requirements of the vacancy and responsabilities:
* Document Planning - Design and SUPPLIER Deliverables
* Document Numbering
* Receipt formatting
* Filing structure and registration
* Document Distribution - Distribution matrices, Electronic, hard copy, Transmittals, etc
* Hard Copy Support will be provided by Supplier for Onsite Location Only, For Hard Copy Document Support from Offshore location, Customer to bear all the Handling and Shipping expenses
* Revision Management
* Comments Managing
* Reporting on status
* Correspondence, Technical Queries, Actions Tracking and other data
* Compliance with Shell document management policies such as Group Record Management
* Document Archiving, retention and controlled (scheduled) disposal


:::Data Control Scope:::
Establish a data control function (people, processes and technology) to manage the flow of data within the Project Team. Customer capital projects data control technologies used include AHA for Projects (AHA4P) & Intergraph Smart Plant Foundation (SPF)and IDB as the bulk loader & VTL for import, export of data, and other related SPF design tools.

Essential and nonessential requirements of the vacancy and responsabilities:
* Develop and Deliver Data Control Procedures
* Data Specification
* Data Manipulation such as data cleansing and ?scrapping? (extraction from documents).
* Data Management such as collection, validation and integration from various sources plus required import, export of data to variety of systems, including SAP.
* Compliance with customer data management policies such as Group Record Management
* Reporting on status
